Jillian Hennessy was born 1968 on the 25th November and is well-known as an accomplished Canadian performer, actor, and songwriter. Her contributions to American TV have been well-known. She has been praised for her outstanding performances in the American television show Law & Order in which she was awe-inspiring to the viewers for three seasons playing prosecutor Claire Kincaid, and Crossing Jordan over a period of six years, where she portrayed the main character Jordan Cavanaugh. Hennessy has also displayed her talent as a performer in films like RoboCop 3 Most Wanted and the indie films Chutney Popcorn and The Acting Class, where she also worked on her scriptwriting and co-directing muscles. Hennessy started her acting career with her sister in 1988 acting as twin callgirls on the show Dead Ringers. In the year 1990, she appeared at a small stage show on Broadway with the title Buddy: The Buddy Holly Story. She then moved into sci-fi and played her first role as Dr. Marie Lazarus (RoboCop 3) in 1993. The big break came later in the year, when she got the role of the Assistant District Attorney Claire Kincaid on the hit NBC drama Law & Order. Three seasons of her part was an instant hit with fans. In 1996, she left the show. Her role was recognized with an Golden Globe Award and Emmy Award for her role in these television series. Parker has won the Tony Award 2001 for Best Actress in the Broadway Play Proof.
