Whitney Elizabeth Houston is a artist who was born in Newark New Jersey on 9th August, 1963. The parents of her are gospel stars Cissy Houston(n e Emily Lee Drinkard), and John Russell Houston Jr. Whitney's cousin Dionne warwick also sings. In her early years, she sang in her New Hope Baptist Church Choir in Newark. At the age of she reached the age of fifteen, Houston was singing professionally as a backing vocalist with her mother on Chaka Khan's song from 1978 Im Every Woman. Her mother, Jermaine, and Lou Rawls were among those who she sang with. The singer was also as a model for Seventeen magazine in the year 1981. Her first gig was as a featured vocalist for the band from New York called Material in the year 1981. It was this high quality of her vocal work in the band that caught the attention of major record labels including Arista which she signed with in 1983. This is where she was for the rest the duration of her career. The first Whitney Houston album was released in the year 1985. It was one of the most successful albums by an artist. Singles such as The Greatest Love of All, How Can I Tell If You Give Good Love or Save all My Love were all released on the album. The 1992 film The Bodyguard sealed her spot among the top-selling musicians ever. While the movie and the actor's performance weren't much praised, her soundtrack album that featured her interpretation of Dolly Parton's I Will Always Love You was the top-selling single and album for several months. It sold over 44 million copies around the world. Also in 1993 when she got married Bobby Brown, an ex-New Edition artist who gave her sole daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown. Her drug addiction began around this time and, in 1996, she'd been a frequent user.
Dana Bash also known as Dana Ruth Schwartz is an American anchorwoman for news and reporting and political reporter for CNN. Her past work includes NBC, CBS and other prestigious channels. Additionally, she produces the CNN's weekend shows including Evans & Novak Late Edition and Inside Politics. Coming to her honours and awards Bash has been featured in Women in Washington Power List in Elle magazine. She's known for her incredible anchoring/reporting abilities and she's admired by young journalists. This George Washington University graduate is an adoring mother of one son.
